Customer Satisfaction Executive
We are looking for a Support Representative who is experienced in dealing with customers, operates in a high-growth environment and is a problem solver with autonomy, eager to learn and be of great value to our Customer Satisfaction department.
What You'll Do
- Serve as day-to-day contact for Hey Harper clients in multiple platforms building trust and rapport, highlighting best practices, and reporting main customer experience issues
- Report and solve customer claims, gathering information on product and service quality
- Be in contact with curriers and logistic partners making shipping experiences smooth
- Deal with shipping partners claims and logistics
- Handle website reviews and transparency
- Be the voice of our customers and understanding their needs
Who You Are
- Strong written communication and English fluency
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Capable of understanding and work accordingly to our terms & conditions
- Tech-driven and comfortable across multiple new platforms
- A "People Person" with an hybrid of soft and hard skills
- An hurdle jumper on a small team with several responsibilities
