E-commerce Operations Junior

Hey Harper Shop is seeking a new member for our operations team. An

operative for parcel fulfilling and fashion accessories assembling. This role will

require an individual fit for handcraft and able to accomplish weekly challenges on a fast-paced, team-working environment. Fine motor skills and care for fashion will be key to correctly carry out this job.

Integrated on a young and ever-learning team with clear objectives on the

assembly, quality control, packing and shipping of Hey Harper’s accessories, the

applicant must have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to our

company’s standards. Availability to answer challenges and flow with common retail sales fluctuations will play an important role.

• Quality control of accessories
• Packing and assembly by the defined Hey Harper standards
• Fulfilling assembling and packing productivity goals
• Workspace maintenance
• Recognise every piece in-stock
• Experience and work reports

• Being responsible, very dynamic, diligent and eager to learn
• Being highly proficient working with small parts and handcrafting accessories
• Being thorough and focused, high attention to detail
• Above-average English speaker
• Availability for work fluctuations
