E-commerce Product Manager
Responsibilities

Manage, Test and Optimize E-commerce platforms’ performance, usability and conversion rates
- Design and implement an ongoing communication plan highly segmented - weekly basis
- Data-driven approach to improve website performance (KPIS: Page value; Conversion rate, etc)
- Work with design and development teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver website features and improvements across our digital platforms
- Design and implement an ongoing communication plan highly segmented - weekly basis
- Determine relevant metrics, establish goals, and create appropriate reports to track progress and evaluate results, analyse efficiencies
- Map customer journey and analyse user behavior
- Implement reporting structure and dashboards to be used cross-company
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Product management
- 3+ years experience with a direct to consumer brand preferred
- Highly analytical
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics
- Comfortable using excel
- Must have a passion for and deep understanding of all things digital, especially social media platforms and mobile
