The waiting time frame on your order will depend on where you’re located and on the service type you’re choosing. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to fulfill your order. Our necklaces and bracelets are assembled at our office.
Orders containing items in pre-order are sent in one shipment. Dispatching will be pending until the items in pre-order are available.
It is our goal to deliver within the mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
All orders are shipped from our office in Lisbon, Portugal. Upon dispatch of the products from our office, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking link.
We’re able to correct your address after checkout if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If the order is returned to the sender due to failed delivery attempts on the receiver’s behalf, re-shipping will be charged (up to 10€). Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Title to and risk of loss in your products will pass to you when you take possession of the products.
If applicable, customs fees are the receiver's responsibility and may vary from country of destination.
We're not responsible for incomplete address information, if the delivery is not possible due to this, shipping fees will not be refunded.
If the package is delivered to recipient address - release authorized (meaning the package was left at a place of your trust; porch; front door; doorman; frontdesk) we are not responsible for these eventually lost items or parcels.

By purchasing the Express Handling feature your order will be shipped in less than 24 hours.
Standard delivery is free for every order over 90€. Not applicable during sales period.
