By adding one of the DNA Watches (black or white) to your cart, you will get a 20% discount on this item.
The discounts will automatically be added to your cart when the items are added.

 

How long will I have to exchange/return items purchased during the ‘Take Friday Off’ Promo?

 

Orders made at any point during November will have until the 15th of January to return or exchange items.

 

Do I get free shipping during the ‘Take Friday Off’ Promo?

 

Free shipping will depend on how many items are in your cart and on your location.

If you have 2 items or less in your cart, shipping is not free.
If you have 3 items in your cart, you have Free Standard Shipping.
If you have 4 or more items in your cart, you will skip the line! Meaning that you get Free Priority Shipping: your order will be shipped within 24 hours (on business days) and will be in transit with the Standard carrier service for your delivery address.

The shipping discounts above will only apply on orders to Europe; United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Switzerland.
Free shipping will not be granted to other destinations.

OUR JEWELRY

What material is your jewelry made of?

 

All of our jewelry is made of stainless steel and goes through a gold PVD coating process which is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making it waterproof!

 

What do you mean by Waterproof?

 

Hey Harper jewelry is coated with a strong PVD coating, which means that you can keep wearing it throughout anything you do during your everyday life. The items will not fade or discolor even when exercising, swimming, or showering.

 

How thick is the coating on your pieces?

 

  Each of our items has 2 microns of Physical Vapour Deposition coating.

 

Are your items made of gold or silver?

 

No! Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and goes through a gold or silver PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating process.
This coating is the most modern coating process available on the market, making the color daily-life resistant.

 

What is the 14k golden color PVD coating, mentioned in the description of your items?

 

The 14k gold PVD coating which is mentioned in the description of some of our items is referring to the color of the gold. Gold has different shades, for example, 14k, 18k & 22k are all slightly different in color. You can search on Google for a chart that shows all the variations in color :)

 

Do your items contain nickel?

 

All of our items contain a very small percentage of nickel. We receive lots of feedback from our customers saying that they're allergic to nickel, but they haven't developed any symptoms wearing our jewelry. However, we still cannot guarantee you will react in the same way.

 

I have sensitive skin, is your jewelry suitable for me?

 

Each of our items is made using a mixture of several rare metals and a very small percentage of nickel.

Due to this, our jewelry can not be considered hypoallergenic.

 

Will your items turn my skin green?

 

The PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating on our items guarantees that you will not go have discoloration or fading issues with our jewelry, meaning no green marks on your skin ;)

 

How should I clean my Hey Harper jewelry?

 

The best way to clean our items is with a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol. Put a small amount of the ethyl alcohol on the cloth and gently rub the items until they are clean. This is the most sanitizing and efficient way of dealing with our jewelry.

 

Are your items suitable for engraving?

 

We do not advise doing any type of engraving on our items. This will remove the coating and scratch the surface of the item, compromising the untarnished quality of the jewelry. If items are engraved, they will no longer be eligible for our lifetime color warranty.

For orders which have a delivery address within the European Union; United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada - No taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

Is a signature required on delivery?

 

A signature will not be required upon delivery of any of our shipping services.

Delivery time refers to the number of days between the collection of the package from our warehouse and the first delivery attempt. This does not account for the order preparation time, additional delivery attempts, or the date or days available at a carrier pick-up point.

Since the foundation of Hey Harper, almost every product ever sold has remained perfectly golden and shiny. We sold over 600,000 jewelry items over the last 4 years and 99.6% kept their color so far even when exposed to wet environments.

This has been tested in real-life conditions and hundreds of customers will confirm their experience.

After exhaustive material research to guarantee the high resistance levels, some surveys to evaluate accurate customer feedback, and countless extreme tests, we decided we're now offering a lifetime color warranty.

 

What is the Lifetime Color Warranty?

 

The Lifetime Color Warranty guarantees that we will replace any jewelry (free of charge) which shows any signs of discoloration relating to the PDV coating.

 

What does the Lifetime Color Warranty cover?

 

Hey Harper's Lifetime Colour Warranty covers discoloration issues that may occur with our stainless steel, PVD-coated jewelry accessories.

 

What is not covered by the Lifetime Color Warranty?

 

Enamel details, beads, shells, pearls, or any other detail are not covered by this warranty.

The lifetime color warranty does not cover jewelry breakages, wear-and-tear marks, scratches, loss, or any other accident that may have damaged the product.

Please note that the golden tone may become slightly darker with usage. We would suggest that you try cleaning the item(s) with a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol, this will bring the shine back to the jewelry. The Lifetime Color Warranty will not be activated in these cases.

We guarantee that the coating won't wear off on its own but it may be scratched and compromised with impact. Our Lifetime Color Warranty does not cover marks from usage.

PVD Coating Hidden Parts: All our pieces are given a PVD coating to stop them from discoloring. This coating is sometimes applied after the chains have already been assembled. This is due to the manufacturing procedures and means that for some pieces it is not possible to coat specific small areas of the item.

This means that this is not a discoloration issue and is standard for the piece which you have purchased.

 

BREAKAGE WARRANTY

What is the Breakage Warranty?

 

All our jewelry is covered by a 6-month breakage warranty. The warranty period begins from the delivery date of the order.

 

What do I need to do to activate the Breakage Warranty?

 

To enquire to see if your item meets the requirements of the Breakage Warranty, please contact our Customer Support Team using the email address: info@heyharpershop.com

In order for us to assess whether the item meets the requirements of the warranty, it is mandatory that you provide photos or videos showing the broken item. If our team is able to verify the issue, either a store credit/discount code with the item value will be provided or a replacement for the item.

If the items are broken after a 6-month period after you received your order, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair.

Lost items are not covered by the breakage warranty.

 

WATCHES WARRANT

What does the Watch Warranty cover?

 

Your Hey Harper watch is covered by the Limited International Warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.

This Warranty will be honored by Hey Harper through our customer support team, through any communication channel by which our team is available, regardless of the country of purchase.

 

What is not covered by the watch warranty?

 

Hey Harper Watches Warranty does not cover:

  • Loss of the watch
  • Non-Hey Harper Watches
  • Batteries, routine maintenance, and cleaning
  • Scratches, wear and tear, lack of care, improper maintenance, tampering, abuse
  • Loss of color, rust, water penetration
  • Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations

 

Hey Harper’s Lifetime Colour Warranty applies only to jewelry and does not apply to watches.

 

How do I activate the watch warranty?

 

To enquire to see if your item meets the requirements of the Hey Harper Watch Warranty, please contact our Customer Support Team using the email address: info@heyharpershop.com

In order to assess whether the item meets the requirements of the warranty, it is mandatory that you provide
photos or videos showing the issue with the item.

The warranty will not activate if the photo or video is not provided following the Customer Support agent’s request. All decisions on warranty activations are final and Hey Harper reserves the right to deny any requests to activate the watch warranty.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

What are your return and exchange policies for your jewelry?

 

As a Hey Harper customer, you are entitled to a 30-day return/exchange window once you receive your package.

The items must be returned in their original condition. Without scratches, wear marks, or other issues. Please make sure that necklaces do not tangle and that the items are not damaged/scratched during transport.

If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped more than 30 days after the delivery, we will not process refunds or store credit. We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.

Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We’ll only issue a refund, store credit, or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us.

 

How much is the return shipping fee?

 

The price of the return shipping fee is 7.99€. This fee will be discounted on your refund or paid on our returns platform when exchanging items.

We guarantee that the coating won't wear off on its own but it may be scratched and compromised with impact. Our Lifetime Color Warranty does not cover marks from usage.

PVD Coating Hidden Parts: All our pieces are given a PVD coating to stop them from discoloring. This coating is sometimes applied after the chains have already been assembled. This is due to the manufacturing procedures and means that for some pieces it is not possible to coat specific small areas of the item.

This means that this is not a discoloration issue and is standard for the piece which you have purchased.

 

What do I need to do to activate the Lifetime Color Warranty?

The warranty will not be activated if the photo or video is not provided following the Customer Support Agent’s request.

All decisions on warranty activations are final and Hey Harper reserves the right to deny any requests to activate the color warranty.

If our team is able to verify the issue and activate the color warranty, we will provide you with store credit. This will be for the value that was originally paid for the item(s). Refunds are not provided for discoloration issues.

 

BREAKAGE WARRANTY

What is the Breakage Warranty?

 

All our jewelry is covered by a 6-month breakage warranty. The warranty period begins from the delivery date of the order.

 

What do I need to do to activate the Breakage Warranty?

If the items are broken after a 6-month period after you received your order, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair.

Lost items are not covered by the breakage warranty.

 

WATCHES WARRANTY

What does the Watch Warranty cover?

 

Your Hey Harper watch is covered by the Limited International Warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.

This Warranty will be honored by Hey Harper through our customer support team, through any communication channel by which our team is available, regardless of the country of purchase.

 

What is not covered by the watch warranty?

 

Hey Harper Watches Warranty does not cover:

- Loss of the watch

- Non-Hey Harper Watches

- Batteries, routine maintenance, and cleaning

- Scratches, wear and tear, lack of care, improper maintenance, tampering, abuse

- Loss of color, rust, water penetration

- Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations

Hey Harper’s Lifetime Colour Warranty applies only to jewelry and does not apply to watches.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What are your return and exchange policies for your jewelry?

 

As a Hey Harper customer, you are entitled to a 30-day return/exchange window once you receive your package.

The items must be returned in their original condition. Without scratches, wear marks, or other issues.

Please make sure that necklaces do not tangle and that the items are not damaged/scratched during transport.

If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped more than 30 days after the delivery, we will not process refunds or store credit.

We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.

Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We’ll only issue a refund, store credit, or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us.

 

How much is the return shipping fee?

 

The price of the return shipping fee is 7.99€. This fee will be discounted on your refund or paid on our returns platform when exchanging items. If you’re shipping from outside the EU, please send us a tracking reference so we can identify your package even if it is held at customs. You’ll receive your refund once the returned items are received at our warehouse and processed by our collaborators. This may take up to 5 business days once after the package is received.
