The true beauty of jewelry is realized when it is worn, complimented and enjoyed in real-life situations, on the streets, by people from all walks of life.

To help us achieve this vision, we are seeking a Fashion Creative Director who will lead the way in guiding the creation and development of every visual asset for Hey Harper. With your expertise and creativity, you will oversee e-commerce and product photoshoots, ensure all content is consistent and aligned with the brand strategy, and act as the main gatekeeper for all visual assets. Key responsibilities:

Be responsible for every Hey Harper visual content, from concept to execution.
Craft and oversee e-commerce, product, and editorial photoshoots, ensuring that the resulting visual assets harmonize with the brand's strategy.
Keep up with content requests coming from social media, branding, and performance teams
Direct the in-house team, 3rd party service providers, and external agencies for visual content production
Ensure that all visual content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice
Liaise regularly with social media, branding, and performance teams to ensure visual consistency across channels
Report to the Head of Branding and Communications

Your experience, knowledge & skills:

5+ years of experience in the Fashion or Beauty industry
Discerning eye for fashion, possessing a deep understanding and appreciation for current trends, styles, and aesthetics
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency across all visual assets
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Living or willing to move to Lisbon, Portugal
