What You'll Do

  • Website Roadmap Owner
  • Manage, Test and Optimize E-commerce platforms’ performance, usability and conversion rates
  • Data-driven approach to improve website performance (KPIS: Page value; Conversion rate, etc) 
  • Work with design and development teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver website features and improvements across our digital platforms
  • Manage our product line both within our website as well as other marketplaces
  • Determine relevant metrics, establish goals, and create appropriate reports to track progress and evaluate results, analyse efficiencies
  • Map customer journey and analyse user behavior 
  • Implement reporting structure and dashboards to be used cross-company

 

Who You Are

  • +1 Year experience in e-commerce;
  • +1 Year experience in conversion optimization
  • Experience working with Big Data is a plus
  • Critical Thinking
  • Global Growth mindset
