Returns and Exchanges are extended due to holidays and Christmas time.
All orders purchased until the end of the year will be exchangeable or refundable until the 31st of January.
Return shipments may take up more time, we're willing to wait for your package to arrive at our office.
If stored credit is prefered over a refund we’ll be glad to offer you a 5% discount on your next purchase.

We do not provide free return shipping labels. Shipping fees are non-returnable.
The items must be returned in their original condition. No scratches, wear marks or broken pieces. The packaging may not be the original but please make sure the necklaces do not tangle or get damaged during transport.
If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped 30 days after the delivery we will not process refunds or store credit.
We will not be held accountable on lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.
Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We’ll only issue the refund, store credit or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us.
Pierced earrings and pendants are non-returnable for reasons of safety and hygiene.
If you receive a proved defective piece we're able to either ship a new item or provide store credit in its value. If a refund is demanded the item must be returned to our office at your own expenses.
If the items are broken after a 60 day period after you received you order, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair. We're not able to prove the item was not poorly used.
We are not responsible for lost items, either within the exchange period or after.
CANCELING ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
You may cancel any order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Just send us a email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you will need to refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and your money will be refunded (only when we receive them).
